Inside the concept

Your chef chooses the flavour. Your guest chooses the vessel. A Japanese welcome, shaped around your restaurant.

Bring Japanese vessels and the art of pouring to the first sip before a meal. The chef creates the dashi; guests select their vessel. The experience expresses the restaurant’s own approach to food and hospitality.

Open the box, present the vessels and pour into the guest’s chosen cup. This short sequence is designed around the restaurant’s cuisine and service.

The chef decides the flavour. JGX and HINODE’s proposal brings together vessels, pouring pieces, a presentation box and the way they are used.

Tell us the occasion, preferred combination, quantities and timing. We will confirm the configuration, specifications and supply conditions for your project.
